Sr Default Loan Servicing Specialist; Remote

• Monitor and complete all activities related to claim filing in compliance with state and federal laws
• Interact with various parties, including attorneys and insurers, to facilitate claim processing
• Ensure quality assurance metrics are met and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Prioritize work to ensure timely and accurate resolution for internal and external partners
• Monitor vendor performance and follow up on outstanding requests throughout the default process

• 4+ years of Default Liquidation Claim Experience
• Experience with GSE and Government Claims
• Proficiency in title submissions and requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict guidelines
• Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure

• Experience with ICE technology: MSP and Loan Sphere Claims
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proven ability to work independently and complete assignments within given parameters
• Experience in coaching and motivating staff
