Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster - Remote The Jonus Group

• Responsible for managing a caseload of commercial auto and general liability claims from inception to resolution.
• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate claims to ensure fair and timely settlements for policyholders while effectively managing costs and exposures for the insurance carrier.
• Interpret general liability insurance policies to determine coverage and liability.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties to achieve fair and cost‑effective resolutions.
• Evaluate settlement options and make recommendations based on liability exposure and policy provisions.

• $80,000 - $90,000+/year (Depending on Experience)
• Annual bonus of up to $5,000
• Medical benefits and 401(K)

• 6+ years of experience handling commercial auto and general liability/bodily injury claims (slip & falls, premise, etc.)
• Previous experience handling litigated claims
• As many state adjuster's licenses as possible
• Experience handling claims for property management (i.e. apartment complexes) is required
