Positions are open for applicants located within 50 miles of Plano, TX or Liberty Lake, WA.

Base salary: $45,000.00/yr – $/yr (range provided). Expected first year total compensation: $58,000-$65,000 (base + uncapped incentive).

As a Personal Lines Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for inbound calls from new and existing customers seeking personal lines insurance solutions. You will gather information to provide tailored insurance proposals, manage high call volumes efficiently, and balance multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

We’re looking for tech‑savvy, self‑motivated representatives who can thrive in a performance‑driven environment.

Training begins:
March 23, 2026 (unlicensed) and April 6, 2026 (licensed). New hires receive 6‑week licensed or 8‑week Property & Casualty license training.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday 7:00 am‑3:30 pm (PST) or 9:00 am‑5:30 pm (CST). First shift post‑training falls within operating hours and depends on performance.

Hybrid schedule:
Operates 7 days a week. WW: 7:00 am‑7:00 pm Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑5:00 pm Saturday‑Sunday. Qualified candidates will work three days per week in office (Tuesday‑Thursday) and may work from home on Monday and Friday.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service, sales, or insurance experience.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Residency within 50 miles of Plano, TX or Liberty Lake, WA.
• High school diploma; college preferred.
• Ability to obtain required resident and non‑resident insurance licenses.
• Availability to work during Licensed Sales Center operating hours.
