Position: REMOTE Licensed Small Commercial Insurance Inside/Inbound Sales Consultant

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre‑qualify applicants, and provide coverage consultations to small business owners
  • Consult on various small business insurance lines including BOP, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Professional Liability
  • Collaborate effectively with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks
  • Manage desk efficiently while delivering timely outcomes to customers
  • Maintain a customer‑focused approach, providing tailored insurance solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer license required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
  • Call center experience is valued
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
  • High‑speed broadband internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100MB download/10MB upload
