• Own the end‑to‑end strategy for insurance methodologies across various lines (auto, home, life, health, small business).
• Define excellence for our insurance assessment frameworks in terms of user value, defensibility, transparency, and update cadence.
• Shape the roadmap for proprietary insurance metrics and how they surface in rankings and data products.
• Identify high‑impact opportunities to replace or augment vendor data and help design research programs.
• Set clear goals and quality standards for analysts on insurance frameworks and data products.
• Mentor team members on insurance concepts, risk thinking, and methodology best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, with depth in at least one major line (auto, home, life, health, or small business).
• Strong understanding of how insurance products are designed, priced, and regulated in the US market.
• Experience building or overseeing analytical frameworks: scoring models, risk models, rating systems, or structured evaluations.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of translating complex insurance concepts into clear language.
• Experience discussing complex insurance topics with non‑experts.
