Personal Lines Account Manager – Attleboro, MA

Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of insurance experience
  • Demonstrated experience servicing personal insurance accounts
  • Familiarity with agency workflows and insurance carrier interactions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Client-focused mindset with clear, professional communication
  • Experience using AMS
    360 (strongly preferred)
  • Insurance license not required at hire; willingness to obtain is encouraged
Account Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Service and manage an assigned book of personal insurance accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage questions
  • Process policy changes, certificates, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements as needed
  • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage consistency, and compliance
  • Work closely with internal service support staff for efficient back-office processing
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to address policy issues and service requests
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records using AMS
    360
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflows and accountability
  • Deliver a professional, responsive client experience aligned with service standards
