• Assist in the risk underwriting process and expand broker relationships
• Process submissions and provide account triage for underwriters
• Gather necessary information to quote and bind accounts
• Generate and send correspondence on behalf of underwriters
• Provide customer service and underwriting support to achieve premium goals

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, business, or a related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience as an associate underwriter, underwriter, or relevant insurance experience
• Foundational knowledge of insurance principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in insurance or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of market dynamics and competitive landscape
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for shadowing opportunities
