- Analyze underwriting profitability through trends and risk profiles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-8 years of commercial auto insurance experience
- 3-5 years of commercial product management or underwriting experience
- Proven expertise in underwriting and product management for medium to large business accounts
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and regulations related to the mobility sector
- Experience with additional commercial insurance lines such as general liability or property
- Expertise with alternative risk structures and risk financing
- End-to-end large account underwriting and account servicing experience
- CPCU certification or actuarial designation
- Active participation in shaping company culture and mentoring
