Senior Claims Specialist - PA & DE Workers

• Investigate and adjust workers' compensation claims with high potential exposure
• Analyze coverage, determine compensability, and establish reserves
• Negotiate settlements and prepare large loss reports for internal and external audiences
• Conduct meetings with insureds and claimants via phone
• Collaborate with defense attorneys and other vendors, including medical case management

• A minimum of 10 to 13 years of Pennsylvania and Delaware workers' compensation claims adjusting experience
• Current license to adjust workers’ compensation claims in Delaware
• Proven communication skills in both written and verbal forms
• Ability to work effectively with various internal and external contacts
• Strong consideration for candidates with industry designations, including Associate in Claims

• Experience managing higher exposure claims in the workers' compensation sector
• Additional industry certifications or designations
