Senior Claims Specialist Bodily Injury - Remote

• Manage a large inventory of highly complex claims to evaluate compensability and liability
• Lead comprehensive claims investigations to confirm coverage and determine liability and damages
• Analyze and negotiate appropriate claim settlements and reserves within prescribed authority
• Convey complex information regarding coverage and settlements to insureds, claimants, and external partners
• Maintain accurate and detailed claim files, ensuring all correspondence and reports are documented

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management and Insurance, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 13 years of experience in property and casualty claims handling
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claims handling procedures
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Completion of or progress toward a professional designation such as Associate in Claims (AIC)
• Recognized as a subject matter expert within the company
• Advanced ability to organize and prioritize caseloads
