Subrogation Specialist - Medical ; Remote

• Handle an inventory of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross-jurisdictional claims
• Initiate and manage arbitration processes for disputed liability and damage claims
• Negotiate and finalize recovery settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Investigate, evaluate, and settle auto claims within established authority
• Determine appropriate collection methods and communicate effectively with all parties involved

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
• General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience with Medical Payments, PIP, or Bodily Injury claims
• General understanding of various lines of insurance coverage (homeowners, auto, personal property)
• BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills with a respect for diverse backgrounds
• Active participation in company culture initiatives and community service
