Subrogation Specialist - Medical ; Remote

• Handle an inventory of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross-jurisdictional claims.
• Initiate and hear arbitration between companies on disputed liability and damage claims.
• Negotiate and conclude recovery settlements while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto claims within draft authority.
• Determine appropriate collection methods and file arbitrations as required.

• 3+ years of automotive claims liability experience.
• General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience with Medical Payments, PIP, or Bodily Injury claims.
• General understanding of different lines of coverage such as homeowners and auto.
• BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to actively contribute to company culture and community engagement.
• Strong communication skills with respect for diverse backgrounds.
