- Evaluate established and start-up business accounts in rideshare, carshare, subscription auto, and other mobility markets
- Determine account pricing based on risk attributes to attract and retain desirable business
- Collaborate with various teams to identify risk exposures and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Analyze underwriting profitability through loss runs and driver risk profiles
- Build and maintain strong broker and client relationships to drive new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-8 years of commercial auto insurance experience
- 3-5 years of commercial product management or underwriting experience
- Proven expertise in underwriting and product management for medium to large business accounts
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and regulations related to the sharing economy
- Experience with additional commercial insurance lines such as general liability and property
- Expertise in alternative risk structures and risk financing
- CPCU certification or actuarial designation
- End-to-end large account underwriting and account servicing experience
- Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as mentoring and volunteering
