- Manage incoming calls and handle a designated volume of arbitrations related to Medical Payments and Personal Injury Protection claims
- Investigate and research losses to determine best practices for subrogation
- Negotiate recovery settlements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- File and hear arbitrations, determining appropriate recovery methods for disputed claims
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company values throughout all interactions
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
- Strong understanding of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Medical Payments, PIP, and Bodily Injury claims
- BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations
- General understanding of various lines of coverage, including homeowners and auto
- Active participation in company culture initiatives and community service
