What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Evaluate business accounts in rideshare, carshare, and other emerging mobility markets
  • Determine account pricing based on risk attributes to meet profitability targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify risk exposures and recommend insurance solutions
  • Analyze underwriting profitability through loss runs and driver risk profiles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive new business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5-8 years of commercial auto insurance experience
  • 3-5 years of commercial product management or underwriting experience
  • Proven expertise in underwriting and product management for medium to large business accounts
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and regulations related to the sharing economy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Prior experience with additional commercial insurance lines such as general liability and property
  • Expertise with alternative risk structures and risk financing
  • End-to-end large account underwriting and account servicing experience
  • CPCU certification or actuarial designation
  • Demonstrates a company ownership mindset and actively shapes company culture
