• Evaluate business accounts in rideshare, carshare, subscription auto, and other mobility markets
• Determine account pricing based on risk attributes to meet profitability targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risk exposures and recommend insurance solutions
• Analyze underwriting profitability through trends and driver risk profiles
  
  Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive new business opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-8 years of experience in commercial auto insurance
• 3‑5 years of experience in commercial product management or underwriting
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and regulations related to the sharing economy
• Proven expertise in underwriting and product management for medium to large business accounts

• Experience with additional commercial insurance lines such as general liability and property
• Expertise in alternative risk structures and risk financing
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation
• Prior end-to-end large account underwriting and account servicing experience
• Active participation in shaping company culture through mentoring or volunteering
