• Evaluate established and start-up business accounts in emerging mobility and sharing economy markets
• Determine account pricing based on risk attributes to attract and retain desirable business
• Collaborate with various teams to identify risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Analyze underwriting information to assess profitability and risk
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive new business opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-8 years of commercial auto insurance experience
• 3-5 years of commercial product management or underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and regulations related to the sharing economy
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills

• Prior experience with additional commercial insurance lines such as general liability and property
• Expertise in alternative risk structures and risk financing
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation
• Experience with end-to-end large account underwriting and account servicing
• Active participation in shaping company culture through mentoring and volunteering
