• Manage incoming calls and handle a designated volume of arbitrations related to Medical Payments and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims
• Investigate and research losses to determine best practices for subrogation and recovery methods
• Negotiate and conclude recovery settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Handle automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross-jurisdictional claims
• File and hear arbitrations as required to protect the company's rights of recovery

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
• General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and analytical skills
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to type 50 wpm and strong oral and written communication skills

• Experience with Medical Payments, PIP, and Bodily Injury claims
• BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• General understanding of different lines of coverage such as homeowners and auto insurance
• Demonstrated respect for diversity and excellent communication skills with a variety of backgrounds
• Willingness to contribute to company culture and invest time in team collaboration
