- Evaluate established and start-up business accounts in rideshare, carshare, subscription auto, and other emerging mobility markets
- Determine account pricing based on risk attributes to meet profitability targets
- Analyze financials, operations, and risk controls to provide comprehensive underwriting solutions
- Collaborate with various teams to identify risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong broker and client relationships to pursue new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-8 years of commercial auto insurance experience
- 3-5 years of commercial product management or underwriting experience
- Proven expertise in underwriting and product management for medium to large business accounts
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and regulations related to mobility or related sectors
- Prior experience with additional commercial insurance lines such as general liability and reinsurance
- Expertise with alternative risk structures and risk financing
- End-to-end large account underwriting and account servicing experience
- CPCU certification or actuarial designation
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering company culture and supporting employee resource groups
