• Evaluate established and start-up business accounts in the mobility and sharing economy markets
• Determine account pricing based on risk attributes to meet profitability targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify risk exposures and recommend insurance solutions
• Analyze underwriting profitability through various metrics and trends
• Build and maintain strong broker and client relationships to drive new business opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-8 years of commercial auto insurance experience
• 3-5 years of commercial product management or underwriting experience
• Proven expertise in underwriting and product management for medium to large business accounts
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and regulations related to the sharing economy

• Prior experience with additional commercial insurance lines such as general liability and reinsurance
• Expertise in alternative risk structures and risk financing
• End-to-end large account underwriting and account servicing experience
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering company culture and inclusion
