• Evaluate established and startup business accounts in the mobility and sharing economy markets
• Determine account pricing based on risk attributes to attract and retain desirable business
• Collaborate with various teams to identify risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong broker and client relationships to drive new business opportunities
• Monitor trends in the sharing economy and competitive landscape to develop solutions for emerging exposures

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-8 years of commercial auto insurance experience
• 3-5 years of commercial product management or underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and regulations related to the mobility sector
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills

• Prior experience with additional commercial insurance lines such as general liability and property
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation
• Experience designing usage‑based insurance products
• End‑to‑end large account underwriting and account servicing experience
• Actively contributes to company culture through mentoring and community involvement
