- Evaluate established and start‑up business accounts in emerging mobility and sharing economy markets
- Determine account pricing based on risk attributes to meet profitability targets
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify risk exposures and recommend insurance solutions
- Analyze underwriting profitability through various metrics and trends
- Build and maintain strong broker and client relationships to drive new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5‑8 years of commercial auto insurance experience
- 3‑5 years of commercial product management or underwriting experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and regulations related to the sharing economy
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Prior experience with additional commercial insurance lines such as general liability, reinsurance, and property
- Expertise with alternative risk structures and risk financing
- CPCU certification or actuarial designation
- Demonstrated commitment to company culture and employee development
- Ability to travel as needed for role‑related meetings
