- Evaluate established and start‑up business accounts in rideshare, carshare, subscription auto, and other mobility markets
- Determine account pricing based on risk attributes to attract and retain desirable business
- Analyze financials, operations, and risk controls to inform underwriting decisions
- Collaborate with various teams to identify risk exposures and recommend insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-8 years of commercial auto insurance experience
- 3-5 years of commercial product management or underwriting experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and regulations related to the mobility sector
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Prior experience with additional commercial insurance lines such as general liability or property
- Expertise in alternative risk structures and risk financing
- CPCU certification or actuarial designation
- Experience with end‑to‑end large account underwriting and account servicing
- Demonstrated commitment to company culture and community involvement
