• Evaluate established and start‑up business accounts in emerging mobility markets such as rideshare and carshare.
• Determine account pricing based on risk attributes to meet profitability targets.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify risk exposures and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Analyze underwriting profitability through various financial and operational assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive new business opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5‑8 years of commercial auto insurance experience.
• 3‑5 years of commercial product management or underwriting experience.
• Proven expertise in underwriting and product management for medium to large business accounts.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and regulations related to the sharing economy.

• Experience with additional commercial insurance lines such as general liability and reinsurance.
• Expertise in alternative risk structures and risk financing solutions.
• End‑to‑end large account underwriting and servicing experience.
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation.
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering a positive company culture through mentorship and community involvement.
