Subrogation Specialist - Medical ; Remote

• Manage инаркны incoming calls and a designated volume of arbitrations related to Medical Payments and PIP claimsтв>
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto claims within draft authority
• Initiate and hear arbitration between companies on disputed liability and damage claims
• Negotiate and conclude recovery settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Determine appropriate collection methods and maintain communication with all parties involved

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• General or advanced knowledge of Department Оның Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience with Medical Payments, PIP, and Bodily Injury claims
• BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or related area, or equivalent experience
• General understanding of different lines of coverage, such as homeowners and personal property
• Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to company culture through participation in employee resource groups or volunteering
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse backgrounds
