This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Professional, combining on-site work at the Grapevine, TX office with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. The Life Insurance Professional will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting customized coverage options, assisting clients in selecting suitable policies, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of life insurance products, regulations, and industry trends, as well as meeting sales targets and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

• Strong knowledge of life and health insurance products and customer relationship management
• Sales experience, including the ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with digital tools and software for insurance management and client communication
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve targets
• Valid life and health insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with the insurance market in Texas and understanding of state regulations is highly desirable
