- Manage incoming calls and oversee a designated volume of arbitrations related to Medical Payments and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims
- Investigate and research losses to determine effective subrogation practices and secure recovery rights
- Negotiate and finalize recovery settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Handle automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross-jurisdictional claims
- File and hear arbitrations as necessary and determine appropriate recovery methods
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
- General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Proficient analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Medical Payments, PIP, or Bodily Injury claims
- Understanding of various lines of coverage, such as homeowners and auto insurance
- BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills with respect for diverse backgrounds
- Active participation in company culture initiatives
