Subrogation Specialist - Medical ; Remote

• Handle a designated volume of arbitrations and manage incoming calls related to عدم Payments and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims
• Investigateceptor and research losses to determine best practices for subrogation
• Negotiate and conclude recovery settlements while ensuring regulatory compliance
• File and hear arbitrations as required, determining appropriate recovery methods
• Maintain professional conduct and uphold the values of the employer

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
• General knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Proficient analytical, problem‑solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience with Medical Payments, PIP, and Bodily Injury claims
• BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related area, or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• Understanding of various lines of coverage, including homeowners and auto insurance
• Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to company culture through involvement in employee resource groups and community activities
