This is a full-time hybrid

AKER role for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager based in Newton, NJ, with flexibility to work from home on occasion.

• Managing client accounts
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Assisting clients with insurance-related inquiries
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Coordinating with clients to evaluate risk
• Recommending suitable policies
• Supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives

• Proficiency in Account Management and Insurance-related processes
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales with the ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain attention to detail
• Proficient in using insurance management software and other relevant tools
• State licensing for insurance (or ability to obtain licensing within a specified period)
