• Consult with individuals, families, and small businesses on benefits solutions
• Offer health, supplemental, and protection products
• Build and manage your own book of business
• Use proven systems, carrier access, and agency support
• Operate independently while being part of a values‑driven team

• Active life and/or health insurance license (required)
• Experience in benefits or insurance preferred
• Self‑driven professionals who value autonomy
