Sr. Commercial Casualty Claims Specialist; Remote

• Manage all claims efficiently and effectively to an appropriate resolution with minimal supervision
• Handle all aspects of liability injury claims of low to moderate complexity
• Make coverage determinations and conduct investigative work related to coverage issues
• Develop negotiation strategies to resolve claims effectively with insureds and claimants
• Participate in employee resource groups and contribute to company culture initiatives

• 4-5 years of claims experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in casualty adjuster experience
• High school diploma or GED, or a minimum of 3 years experience in a casualty claims role within the P&C insurance industry
• Must hold an Adjuster's license for all applicable states or obtain licenses within 90 days of filling the position
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel as needed for divisional/team meetings and other in-person engagements

• 5+ years of casualty claims adjuster experience
• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Commercial claims handling experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Active participation in company culture initiatives and community service
