About the RoleWe're looking for licensed life‑insurance agents eager to move away from traditional life‑insurance books and provide retirement accounts to clients that actually want to talk to you. Responsibilities- Conduct virtual retirement consultations with clients using our proven preset appointment system (no cold calling or outbound calls/messaging of any kind).
- Educate clients on their retirement outlook and recommend tailored retirement and life insurance solutions.
- Present products confidently in a 100% remote environment.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships.
