Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Professional based in Charlotte, NC, with flexibility for some remote work. The Insurance Professional will be responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions, managing client portfolios, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring clients’ financial goals are met. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one consultations, analyzing clients’ needs, providing guidance on insurance and financial products, and supporting clients through the process of selecting suitable policies and solutions.

Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining industry expertise will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with a clear understanding of the industry's products and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Finance and financial planning concepts to guide decision-making and provide retirement planning solutions.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional support.
  • Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, adapt to client needs, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in insurance, finance, or related fields is preferred.
  • Licensing or certifications in insurance and/or financial services are advantageous.
