Life Insurance Agent

Full time (1099 Independent Contractor) - Schedule:
Flexible, work from home - Compensation: $78,000–$140,000+ per year based on producing $15,000 AP monthly at a 60–80% contract level

- Run virtual or phone appointments (inbound and outbound)
- Complete comprehensive needs assessments
- Present customized life and annuity solutions
- Submit applications within 24–48 hours
- Maintain compliance, accuracy, and professionalism
- Active Life Insurance License (required)
- Recent production history in life insurance or annuity sales
- Health license preferred
- Experience with annuities, retirement planning, or advanced markets a plus
- Professional, dependable, coachable
- No cold calling, recruiting, or buying leads
- Monthly warm leads assigned directly to your POD
- One producing agent, one company‑provided caller/scheduler per POD
- Structured support and simplified path to consistent, scalable production
- Full suite of industry‑leading products: term life, whole life, indexed universal life, living benefits, fixed & indexed annuities, retirement & legacy planning solutions
