Summary
This Account Manager II works with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to service client accounts. The position requires day‑to‑day client servicing for a set of clients and involves verbal, electronic and written communications. Tasks include managing renewal and marketing processes, preparing presentation materials, and supporting the Account Management Team as assigned.
Location and Schedule
This is a full‑time position open to a hybrid schedule from our Glendale, AZ office or remote. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A confidential workspace must be maintained to protect sensitive information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts; may take an active role in meetings.
- Prepare and send requests for proposals to applicable insurance carriers and compile results as they are received; produce the first draft of renewal presentations.
- Take the lead on reviewing proposals and carrier source documents for accuracy in collaboration with the Account Executive or Advisor/Client Executive; begin communicating directly with clients and carriers, with approval from the Account Executive or Advisor/Client Executive.
- Create and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures; may be responsible for keeping client policy records in the ambient ales management system.
- Provide first‑line assistance on billing questions from clients and insurance company personnel (with assistance from Accounting Dept. when necessary).

- Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑confident with the ability to make sound independent decisions.
- Access to interact successfully with a variety of people and be effective both in a team environment and autonomously.
- Ability to handle situations in a calm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Customer focused to establish and maintain effective relationships.
- Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Sharp attention to detail, decision‑making skills, and problem resolution.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, deadlines and technology.
- When working from home, maintain a private workspace to secure company equipment and correspondence; keep high‑speed internet, be present and responsive online, and minimize personal interruptions during the work shift.
Education and/or Experience
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent); BA/BS preferred.
- -growth more than 3 years of client service and/or industry and product line experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registration
- P&C Insurance License required.

The base salary range for this position is $47,000 – $65,000, determined by factors including experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required, scope of the position, and geographic location. The base salary offered will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis.
This position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
