Position: Commercial Insurance New Business Advisor (Permanent)
We are currently recruiting for a powerful broking group that has a deserved reputation for offering a first-class service and provides a great place to work for those who wish to progress their career. It’s an exciting time to be joining them, as they have lots going on, and big plans for the future!

They now have an opening to join them on their new business team, handling cross class commercial insurance risks focusing on the care sector, and offer a good basic salary package, with the ability to earn bonuses as well as offering an impressive benefits package.

This team specialise in providing bespoke insurance solutions to the care industry and are one of the market leaders in this area, with the new business team focusing on developing new customer relationships.

To be considered for these roles, you will need at least 12 months insurance experience (commercial ideally, but they will also consider those from Personal Lines who want to develop themselves) and have the Cert CII qualification or be keen to study towards this. Specific product knowledge is less important that work ethic and ambition to be a success! They are looking for someone with solid sales acumen to accompany the insurance experience.

You will also be highly professional with a confident demeanour, as well as being extremely driven and highly ambitious.

You will be rewarded with a starting basic salary of £27-29k basic, dependant on experience, plus bonuses (circa £3-4k per annum, paid monthly) They offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes 26 days holiday plus bank holiday, 5% employer contributory pension, Life Assurance, Income protection. Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, with Mondays and Friday working from home (after probation)
