Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time hybrid role for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, based in Hollywood, FL, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves managing commercial client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, counseling on insurance solutions tailored to clients’ needs, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and carriers. Selling and maintaining insurance policies are also key aspects of this position.
Qualifications- Strong skills in account management and insurance, with experience in handling commercial insurance accounts.
- Exceptional customer service capabilities to provide personalized and professional support to clients.
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, underwriters, and team members.
- Sales abilities, including identifying client needs and offering tailored insurance policies that deliver value.
- Detail‑oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in relevant insurance software and technology is a plus.
