Commercial Insurance Account Coordinator (Hybrid VT or Remote)

This full‑time support role assists Account Management teams by providing administrative and support functions involved in the day‑to‑day servicing of clients. The position is open to a hybrid schedule from the St. Johnsbury, VT office or remote.

• Creates and maintains client files in accordance with office procedures.
• Prepares , certificates of insurance, Accord applications, binders, and cancellations under the direction of senior staff.
• Supports the Account Management Team by assisting in preparing quotes and gathering renewal subjectivities from carriers.
• Verifies the accuracy of documentation (policies, endorsements) and requested information.
• Performs policy checks, audit checks, and completes coverage checklists under senior guidance.
• Processes premium and non‑premium endorsements, and follows up with carriers on outstanding policies or corrections.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 0‑2 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• P&C license a plus.
