## Associate Claims Representative-Workers Compensation
** This position will be staffed following the hybrid work model out of our Richmond, VA office. This role is NOT available for remote work.
**** What You'll Do
** As an Associate Claims Rep-WC,Assess the extent of the employee’s injury or illness to determine the benefits they are entitled to receive under WC laws. This may include medical treatment and disability payments.

Ensure compliance with regulations governing WC claims, including reporting requirements, deadlines, and file coding as defined by the state.

Ability to obtain and maintain state adjusters licensing as applicable

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

Insurance related and/or customer service experience or coursework highly preferred Strong time management skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrates technological aptitude
* Ability to work on multiple items at once is strongly preferred
