As a Senior Product Specialist, you will collaborate with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, legal, actuarial, and regulatory teams to develop and maintain insurance products. You will manage complex product development projects, draft endorsements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop and maintain coverage forms, endorsements, and rules for commercial insurance products
• Manage product development projects across admitted and non-admitted business lines
• Monitor bureau circulars and implement regulatory changes
• Provide guidance to field staff on products and compliance requirements
• Complete filing checklists, certifications, and Flesch Test scoring
• Prepare organized filing packages and respond to state insurance department inquiries

• Bachelor’s degree (CPCU designation or related coursework preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of insurance product development or underwriting experience in Construction and Commercial Auto industries
• Expertise in reviewing and drafting insurance policy forms
• Knowledge of ISO and AAIS products, form structures, and grammar rules
• Familiarity with SERFF / I-FILE preferred
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (e.g., OneSumX NILS INsource)
• Ability to manage projects with accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable presenting at company/industry events
