Senior Commercial Insurance Analyst - Remote

• Perform complex data analysis related to commercial insurance to support business objectives
• Conduct various types of analyses, including root cause, cost benefit, and performance tracking
• Consult with client groups to identify business needs, prepare findings, and present recommendations
• Collaborate with IT partners to define business requirements and conduct User Acceptance Testing
• Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts, ensuring accuracy and logic

• 6+ years of directly related analytical experience in a relevant industry
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to make effective formal presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
• Commercial insurance experience
• Working knowledge of R or Python
• Experience with automating repetitive tasks
• Demonstrated ability to actively contribute to company culture and team dynamics
