Personal Lines Account Manager

We are an independent insurance agency looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to handle a range of client needs. Our agency is seeking an efficient and experienced individual to join our team in supporting our producers and our loyal clients. This will be a remote-based position with occasional in-person team meetings.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing policy quotes for producers
• Responding to billing inquiries from clients
• Reviewing policy renewals and coverages with insured
• Processing personal lines endorsements
• Fielding client claims inquiries
• Building and maintaining relationships with producers, clients, and underwriters

Required skills and experience:

• Prior experience in personal lines insurance customer service required, prior commercial experience a plus!
• P&C insurance license required
• Agency-side experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and make decisions independently
• Agency management experience required, AMS
  360 preferred
