Remote Personal Lines Account Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing their day-to-day service needs and building long-term relationships. Your impact will be felt through your proactive approach to client service, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed about their insurance needs.

You will play an essential role in identifying coverage gaps and facilitating sales opportunities, all while working within a supportive and community-focused environment. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be key to your success as you tackle the challenges that come with managing personal lines clients.

• Manage a book of personal lines clients (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
• Handle policy servicing including endorsements, renewals, certificates, and billing inquiries
• Communicate with carriers to market, quote, and bind coverage
• Provide clear, timely, and professional client support via phone and email
• Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities in a consultative manner
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency workflows
• Collaborate closely with producers and internal team members

• Active CA Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
• 5+ years of Personal Lines account management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment
• Client-first mindset with attention to detail
• Experience with AMS
  360 a plus
