Insurance Agent

US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
• Market and promote various insurance products to potential clients through networking and outreach
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Assist clients with policy claims and inquiries, ensuring a seamless and supportive process
• Stay informed on current insurance policies, regulations, and market trends to effectively advise clients
• Achieve sales targets through effective communication and relationship‑building strategies
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and policy documents to clients

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or finance is advantageous
• Valid insurance license in the applicable state; additional certifications (CIC, CPCU) are a plus
• Proven experience as an insurance agent or similar sales role
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
