Base pay range

Our client is seeking an experienced Major & Complex Loss Adjuster to manage High Net Worth, Major Loss, and complex claims, including escape of oil. This remote/home-based role requires a proactive and efficient approach to claims management while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve complex property claims efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Produce high-quality, technically accurate reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Apply expert knowledge of policy cover, building defects, and restoration processes.
  • Utilise advanced negotiation skills to achieve optimal settlements.

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in loss adjusting or insurance, specialising in major loss claims.
  • Strong property claims handling expertise.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
