We are seeking two experienced Farm / Agri Underwriters to join a growing commercial lines underwriting team, focusing on farm and agricultural risks. • Responsible for end-to-end account management of broker and client portfolios
• Assessing and underwriting new and renewal business
• Building strong relationships with brokers and partners across the UK
• Making sound, profitable decisions in line with underwriting strategy
• Supporting business development through excellent service and risk insight
• Providing technical input and collaborating with internal teams

• Proven experience in commercial underwriting (ideally in farm / agri insurance)
• Strong decision-making and risk assessment skills
• Confident managing key accounts and broker relationships
• Organised, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
• Solid knowledge of relevant products, policy wordings, and pricing frameworks

• Salary circa £40,000 – £45,000 (basic)
