About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales & Client Solutions: Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Commercial Insurance Solutions: Advise prospective and existing business clients on various commercial insurance products, including liability, property, and business interruption coverage.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Business Development: Identify sales opportunities and contribute to the agency’s overall growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensing: Property & Casualty (OTL) License preferred; or must obtain within 1 month of job offer.
- Financial Requirements: Minimum credit score of 650, no bankruptcy in the past 3 years, and no overdue debts in collections.
- Experience: Prior sales experience is a strong asset.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $46,000 - $52,000
- Commissions & Bonuses: Unlimited earning potential.
- Hybrid Work Flexibility:
Combination of in-office and remote work (available after 1 year of in office experience) - Employee Benefits: $180/month starting after 6-month probation.
