A leading insurance company is seeking a Team Lead Catastrophe Claims to support the catastrophe team in achieving objectives related to customer experience and cost containment. This role requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in adjusting residential property claims, as well as solid leadership, guidance, and compliance oversight. The role is remote, offering a flexible working arrangement, and desired qualifications include CIP/FCIP designation and familiarity with Xactimate.

Compensation ranges from $67,200 to $109,725 annually.
