• Review and audit underwriting decisions and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Monitor application and claims trends and respond proactively to potential risks
• Deliver comprehensive reports for senior leaders and external partners
• Lead risk management programs and mentor emerging talent
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen underwriting risk management functions

• 7+ years of underwriting experience with high approval authority
• Deep understanding of individual insurance products and operations
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Power
  
  BI, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in medical science and its impact on mortality and morbidity

• Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset, with proficiency required for candidates in Québec
