At RRJ Insurance Group Limited o/a KRGinsure, the commercial risk placement specialists, our main purpose is to design, secure, and deliver the best insurance program and professional expertise for our wide range of clients, including small, mid-size, and large accounts. In this role, you will work on an assigned book and liaise with our clients and producers to assess client risk exposures and insurance needs, including:
Identifying coverage gaps
Upselling & cross-selling
Preparing marketing submissions
Preparing binders
Preparing proposals
Coordinating with our insuring partners

Qualifications
Required:
RIBO license, active and in good standing
7-10 years of Commercial Lines brokerage experience
Experience in Commercial Surety (POA)
Strong technical insurance knowledge across all classes of insurance, including specialty products and placement for mid-large multi-line accounts, ranging from niche and $50,000 to $1 million, as well as US and international risks
Knowledge of specialty products (Cyber, D&O, E&O, etc.) is an asset; industry qualifications like CAIB, CIP, CRM are also assets

Sales-driven approach to account management, with ability to identify coverage gaps and upsell/cross-sell
Strong analytical skills
Team player with a positive work ethic
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Organized with effective time management
Self-directed with ability to manage multiple large, multi-line accounts
Creative in structuring product proposals and documentation
Advanced skills in MS Office, EPIC, and Policy Works
Seamless remote work capability
Flexible to a hybrid work environment
Adaptable in dynamic settings
Experience in a “hard” insurance market cycle is an asset
